Terms of Service

At Shaw Pro Media, we are committed to providing exceptional real estate photography and media services across Southeast Idaho and parts of Wyoming. Our goal is to ensure that every client receives high-quality, professional services that meet their specific needs. This Website Fulfillment Policy outlines our approach to delivering services and fulfilling customer orders.

1. Service Delivery and Timeline
Upon booking a session with Shaw Pro Media, our clients can expect the following timeline for fulfillment:

  • Photography and Media Sessions: All photography and media sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability and agreed upon prior to the session. Typically, sessions are completed within 1-2 hours, depending on the service ordered.

  • Post-Production Editing and Delivery: After the session, our team will edit and finalize all photos and media. The turnaround time for delivery is generally between 3 to 5 business days, though more complex projects (such as drone footage, virtual tours, or video editing) may require additional time.

  • Digital Delivery: All final media products will be delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or cloud storage. Clients will receive an email with a link to download their photos, videos, and other media files once they are ready. The delivery will be made to the email address provided at the time of booking.

2. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Shaw Pro Media, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your session more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in a 50% refund of the total fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the session has taken place.

  • Cancellation by Shaw Pro Media: In the rare event that Shaw Pro Media is unable to fulfill an order or complete a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either a rescheduling of the session or a full refund, depending on the client’s preference.

3. Dispute Resolution
We value our clients and are dedicated to resolving any issues that may arise with our services. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we ask that they contact us directly within 7 days of delivery so that we can address the concern. Disputes will be handled in a fair and professional manner, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.
